Role Overview
Work remotely from Portugal as a Service Representative for a top European automotive brand, delivering high-quality customer support in German. In this role, you’ll manage customer inquiries across phone, chat, and email, ensuring each interaction reflects professionalism, accuracy, and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer questions and requests efficiently through multiple channels, maintaining a courteous and helpful tone.
- Record all interactions clearly and accurately in the CRM system, including resolutions and follow-up actions.
- Stay informed about product updates, policies, and digital services to provide reliable, up-to-date information.
- Use your understanding of automotive and digital technologies to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance the overall customer journey.
Requirements
- Fluent in German (C1 level, both spoken and written) with strong communication clarity.
- Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level).
- At least one year of experience in customer service or a call center environment, ideally within the automotive sector.
- Demonstrated interest in cars, technology, and digital platforms.
- Strong organizational abilities, with careful attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on finding practical, customer-centered solutions.
