Responsibilities
- Lead professional services for audiovisual over IP implementations, covering system validation, setup, activation, performance tuning, and system assessments.
- Travel frequently across the United States to client locations for multi-day on-site assignments, including readiness for urgent, time-critical support needs.
- Serve as the highest-level technical escalation point for premium support clients.
- Be present on-site during system installations, launch events, and live or production-critical operations.
- Design and resolve issues in AV networks utilizing Dante, AES67, NDI, and ST2110/IPMX protocols.
- Oversee multicast network configurations, ensuring correct IGMP operation, quality of service, VLAN separation, and bandwidth management.
- Support and troubleshoot networks relying on Precision Time Protocol synchronization.
- Address integration issues involving multiple vendors’ equipment and systems.
- Conduct in-depth technical investigations using packet analysis and diagnostic utilities.
- Serve as a trusted on-site technical consultant for clients and partners.
- Partner with pre-sales teams and systems engineers to support customer acquisition efforts.
- Record technical findings, resolutions, and recommended practices.
- Share field insights and customer requirements with product and engineering teams.
