Love’s Travel Stops is looking for a Service Advisor to drive sales success and customer satisfaction in our Truck Care facilities. This key management role combines technical and leadership skills, serving as the primary contact between customers and the service department while building a path toward a Truck Care General Manager position.
What You'll Do
- Maintain a safe and clean facility.
- Greet customers, address vehicle service needs, and document issues.
- Provide detailed repair cost estimates, present sales promotions, and obtain necessary approvals and payments.
- Keep customers updated on vehicle status and provide comprehensive explanations of completed work.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve concerns.
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a clean safety record.
- Ability to pass a drug screening and medical exam as per regulations.

- 6 months in customer service or sales.
