Role Overview
This is a remote position focused on leading end-to-end SEO initiatives for a high-growth digital business. You’ll take ownership of organic search strategy, from technical audits to content optimization, with a strong emphasis on measurable improvements in traffic, rankings, and user experience. The ideal candidate thrives in data-rich environments and can translate analytics into clear, actionable plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify keyword opportunities using industry-standard tools and align them with content development
- Conduct in-depth technical audits to uncover site performance and indexing issues
- Enhance on-page SEO elements such as metadata, headings, schema, and internal links
- Design and manage content strategies that reflect search intent and keyword insights
- Improve Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, and overall page speed
- Develop sustainable link acquisition strategies through outreach and partnerships
- Monitor organic performance using analytics platforms and generate progress reports
- Work closely with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices
- Guide SEO efforts during major website changes, including redesigns and migrations
Qualifications
Candidates must have at least two years of direct SEO experience with a track record of increasing organic traffic. Proficiency in tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics is essential. You should be well-versed in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, with hands-on experience in WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio is required. Strong analytical and written communication skills in English are critical for success.

- Experience optimizing websites in SaaS, e-commerce, or content-heavy environments
- Exposure to international SEO and multilingual site structures
Work Environment
This is a full-time remote role requiring availability during U.S. business hours. The position supports team members across Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Honduras, and Costa Rica. You’ll operate within a structured, performance-driven framework that emphasizes transparency, collaboration, and scalable SEO practices.
