Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction for growth marketing efforts by transforming complex clinical and product messages into clear, engaging visual stories that boost member enrollment.
• Launch new member-facing products and experiences by developing cohesive creative systems and campaign materials that communicate value effectively.
• Create unified marketing campaigns that span multiple digital and physical channels.
• Drive the visual strategy for cross-channel campaigns to ensure seamless member journeys from initial awareness to conversion.
• Design and refine the complete end-to-end experience for members.
• Influence brand presentation across key stages of the member lifecycle, ensuring visuals are strong, consistent, intuitive, and effective.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems to support rapid, high-quality creative output.
• Develop and manage comprehensive design libraries, templates, and reusable components to ensure consistency and efficiency across teams.
• Mentor visual designers through coaching, critique, and leadership by example.
• Set and uphold high standards for creative excellence across the organization.
