Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for complex projects requiring strategic UX planning, precise visual execution, and advanced interaction design.
- Create detailed, high-quality mockups tailored for diverse devices and platforms.
- Partner with product managers in fast-paced prototyping to support iterative development.
- Shape product direction by exploring concepts, sketching ideas, building prototypes, and validating designs through user testing.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify requirements and craft user-centered, accessible interfaces.
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to ensure accurate implementation of design solutions.
- Advocate for design standards that support performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability of digital products.
- Encourage innovation by asking insightful questions and promoting bold, user-focused ideas.
- Suggest improvements to workflows, tools, and methods to evolve team practices.
- Follow established procedures and policies in line with the organization’s Integrated Management System.
