Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces that ensure smooth user interactions.
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research through to final delivery, including prototyping and research as required.
- Influence product direction by suggesting data-informed solutions that improve both user satisfaction and business performance.
- Evaluate and refine design work using a mix of qualitative insights and quantitative metrics.
- Lead design reviews and collect input from team members and stakeholders to enhance design quality.
- Proactively question and shape project requirements instead of passively accepting initial briefs.
- Champion optimal user experiences by clearly communicating design value to decision-makers.
- Work closely with engineers, product managers, and business teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Guide junior designers and promote advancements in UX/UI practices, including accessibility, motion design, data integration, and design processes.
