Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX design or a related field, with a college degree or equivalent practical experience in interactive design, HCI, or a related discipline
- Experience designing for B2B SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, and data-rich dashboards, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced product environments
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries, ensuring scalable and cohesive design solutions
- Strong command of industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. Able to build beautiful, compelling, and functional prototypes to test with users and stakeholders
- Experience working iteratively in an agile engineering environment, collaborating closely with product managers and developers
- Hands-on experience conducting user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform and refine design decisions
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale persuasively across all levels of the organization, including executives
