Fixify is hiring a Senior UX Designer

You will lead the user experience design for an AI-native IT automation platform, creating intuitive and scalable solutions for data-intensive, operationally complex workflows. In this senior role, you'll own the full design lifecycle—from defining problems to delivering final interfaces—while working closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to turn complex requirements into accessible, user-centered designs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end UX design for designated product areas, from initial problem framing through final delivery.
  • Create comprehensive workflows and high-fidelity interface designs that effectively address user needs.
  • Transform complex and ambiguous challenges into clear, usable interaction models and interfaces.
  • Work closely with Product Management during discovery and refinement phases to develop solutions rooted in real user needs.
  • Partner with Engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible, well-documented, and accurately implemented.
  • Use qualitative insights and product usage data to inform design decisions and drive iterative improvements.
  • Contribute to and follow shared design patterns and standards to maintain consistency across the product.
  • Promote a culture of curiosity, adaptability, and collaboration within the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product or UX design, with a portfolio showcasing strong interaction and visual design abilities.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience designing B2B applications, particularly those involving workflow-centric or data-heavy interfaces.
  • Proven experience conducting user research and applying findings to guide design strategy and decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma for interface design, prototyping, and collaboration.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and a commitment to accessible, user-centered design practices.
  • Familiarity with front-end development and technical constraints to ensure practical and implementable designs.
  • Ability to clearly articulate design rationale and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners in product, engineering, and operations.
  • Comfort navigating uncertain problem spaces and adapting quickly in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Genuine interest in understanding user behaviors and a drive to simplify and improve their workflows.
