Responsibilities
- Crafting clear, concise, and compelling copy for our desktop and mobile interfaces, including onboarding flows and transactional emails.
- Owning, maintaining, and evolving our content style guide, ensuring our voice remains consistent, professional, and accessible across all touchpoints.
- Build strong relationships with different business lines (including Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Sales and Training) to ensure our copy is not only clear, compelling and legal/regulatory compliant.
- Contributing to our design system by creating and editing content standards and components that allow the team to scale efficiently.
- Building deep knowledge of the private markets investment space, understanding and expressing complex terminology to become a proficient partner in the domain.
- Designing and running the copy review process across business stakeholders and compliance.
- Contributing to internal and external longer form product support documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or UX content strategy
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability simplifying complex user flows
- Experience building and maintaining content style guides and content design systems
- Strong attention to detail, tone, and consistency in writing
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Familiarity with design and collaboration tools like Figma
Nice to Have
- Experience in Fintech, Healthtech, Legal, or other regulated industries
- Ability to learn quickly and ramp up on complex topics
- Familiarity with copy management tools (such as Localize)
