As a Senior UX Content Coordinator, you will shape how users interact with digital platforms by crafting clear, effective content that guides decision-making and enhances usability. Your work will directly influence user flows, helping to build intuitive experiences across web and mobile interfaces within a highly regulated industry.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with product, marketing, and design teams to define content needs and align messaging with business objectives and user expectations.
- Develop content strategies that support seamless user journeys, ensuring clarity and consistency across digital touchpoints.
- Translate research insights and user data into actionable content solutions, improving engagement and task completion.
- Write and refine interface text—including labels, prompts, alerts, and navigation—to ensure simplicity and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with UX designers and researchers to test and iterate on content, using feedback to refine the user experience.
- Manage content requirements within agile workflows, balancing evolving priorities while maintaining accuracy and brand alignment.
What We’re Looking For
- High School diploma or GED required; a degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3+ years of experience working within digital product teams, with a focus on user experience and content development.
- Proven ability in UX writing, with a user-first mindset and attention to detail in crafting microcopy.
- Familiarity with information architecture, usability principles, and content management systems.
- Skill in synthesizing input from research, analytics, and competitive insights to inform content decisions.
- Strong presentation and communication abilities, with experience delivering ideas to cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Experience in financial services or a regulated sector is a plus, as is knowledge of agile methodologies and tools like Figma.
Work Environment
