Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design initiatives, covering user research, usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Product teams to align design solutions with user needs and business goals.
- Develop and maintain a unified design system to ensure consistency, usability, and intuitive interactions across platforms.
- Evaluate design outputs and implemented features to identify opportunities for enhancing web and mobile user experiences.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define key initiatives and align engineering teams during monthly development planning and execution.
- Establish and refine design standards, workflows, and tooling to improve team efficiency and output quality.
- Mentor and grow design talent to scale the UX/design function as the team expands.
