Responsibilities
- Direct comprehensive user experience design initiatives, including research, system evaluation, and process mapping.
- Oversee the planning, design, and deployment of multiple digital platforms for various clients in a dynamic, high-pressure setting.
- Guide all stages of user research and data analysis to support the development of intuitive web pages, app interfaces, and interactive systems.
- Work closely with engineering teams and government clients to define, design, and deliver innovative, user-friendly digital solutions for federal use.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, and navigation diagrams to clearly present design concepts for websites and applications.
- Produce reusable design assets that support team collaboration and the growth of creative service offerings.
