Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end user experience design, covering research, system evaluation, and architectural planning.
- Oversee the development and deployment of multiple websites and applications for various clients in a dynamic, time-sensitive setting.
- Lead comprehensive user research and analytical processes to guide the development of intuitive digital interfaces and interactive platforms.
- Partner with federal practice engineers and government clients to develop innovative, visually compelling, and user-friendly digital solutions.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, and navigation maps to illustrate interface concepts and user flows for digital products.
- Produce reusable design assets that support team collaboration and scale with the growth of creative service offerings.
