Responsibilities
- Develop detailed testing strategies for gallium nitride and silicon-based semiconductor devices.
- Build cost-effective test processes, incorporating parallel testing methods to improve efficiency.
- Write, troubleshoot, and deploy test software on discrete and mixed-signal automated test equipment.
- Design and implement test fixtures such as load boards, probe cards, and device sockets.
- Establish test hardware requirements using device specs and characterization results.
- Support new product introductions through validation, release, and yield improvement phases.
- Deliver ongoing support for current production devices and test systems.
- Lead migration and optimization projects across multiple automated test platforms.
- Utilize expertise in wide bandgap semiconductors, power electronics, and analog measurement methods.
- Conduct high-voltage and high-current testing with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Operate laboratory instruments including oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and ATE debugging tools.
- Collaborate with design, product, reliability, test, and manufacturing teams to ensure project success.
- Compile technical data and communicate results to engineering and leadership teams.
