Laborie is hiring a Senior Territory Manager (Northwest Oregon / Idaho)

About the Role

This position leads sales initiatives in Northwest Oregon and Idaho, building relationships with key accounts, executing strategic sales plans, and achieving quarterly targets through direct field engagement and clinical education.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales quotas for designated products and regions
  • Develop and manage relationships with physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators
  • Conduct product demonstrations and clinical training sessions
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute local promotional campaigns
  • Gather and report market intelligence from customer interactions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities and customer data
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product use and technical specifications
  • Support national account strategies within the regional territory
  • Coordinate with clinical specialists for joint customer visits
  • Identify new business opportunities and expansion potential
  • Attend and represent the company at industry trade shows and medical conferences
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate policies
  • Track inventory and manage loaner equipment logistics
  • Provide feedback to product development based on customer input
  • Drive adoption of new product launches through targeted outreach

Compensation
