About the Role
This position is responsible for managing sales operations across a defined region, focusing on expanding market presence through direct engagement with medical accounts and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance within assigned geography
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare decision-makers
- Execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue goals
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical support for medical staff
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Provide feedback from customers to inform product development
- Coordinate with marketing to align promotional efforts
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reporting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all interactions
- Participate in regional and national sales meetings
- Train and support distributor partners where applicable
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Manage contract negotiations and pricing discussions
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Support clinical education initiatives for healthcare providers
- Track inventory and product usage at key sites
- Collaborate with medical affairs on technical inquiries
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product portfolio
- Adhere to company policies on ethics and compliance
- Utilize CRM tools for customer relationship tracking
- Drive adoption of new product launches
- Evaluate customer satisfaction and identify improvement areas
- Support merger or acquisition integration efforts when needed
