Lead the growth of respiratory care services by engaging with medical professionals and healthcare facilities across your assigned territory. As a Senior Territory Manager, you'll play a key role in expanding market presence through proactive outreach, relationship development, and data-driven sales strategies.
Sales & Market Development
- Drive referrals by promoting respiratory technology to physicians and clinical teams through in-person visits and follow-ups
- Develop and execute territory plans that align with organizational goals and increase customer acquisition
- Exceed monthly sales targets through consistent field activity and performance tracking
- Identify new referral sources and expand outreach within the 65+ patient demographic
Leadership & Collaboration
Guide junior team members by reinforcing standard operating procedures and providing on-the-job direction. Serve as a point of contact between field operations and internal departments, ensuring alignment across the prescriber channel.
- Support insurance documentation processes by coordinating medical record collection
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine tactics and improve team performance
- Exercise independent judgment to mentor other managers and optimize field execution
Qualifications & Requirements
A combination of education and experience in sales, business, or clinical fields is required. Candidates should bring at least three years of experience in medical referral sales, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Preference is given to those with clinical credentials (e.g., RT, RN), respiratory therapy experience, or a proven ability to generate new business in healthcare settings.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers an annual base salary ranging from $71,000 to $85,199.51, with additional variable compensation through a performance-based commission plan. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer contributions, paid time off, and paid volunteer hours.
The role operates primarily in the field, with 90% of time spent traveling within a designated territory. All activities must comply with company policies and industry regulations.
