Requirements

• Thorough understanding of Department of Defense correspondence standards, document routing, and approval workflows
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word for complex document creation and formatting
• Competence in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Publisher for data presentation and layout design
• Exceptional attention to detail, essential for maintaining accuracy and compliance in documentation

Nice to Have

• Previous work experience involving the Department of Navy
• Familiarity with federal financial reporting practices, business operations, internal controls, and OMB A-123 requirements

Required (4)

• Must be well versed in DoD Correspondence Guidelines, document routing, and approval processes
• Must be an expert in MS Word
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Publisher
• Strong attention to detail is a must have for this position

Preferred (2)

• Prior experience with the Department of Navy
• Working knowledge of federal financial reporting, federal business processes, internal controls and OMB A-123
