Responsibilities
- Deliver service that surpasses customer expectations in resolution quality, response time, documentation accuracy, and overall interaction experience.
- Address and resolve technical inquiries and issues related to the company's product offerings.
- Identify root causes of system errors or software defects using diagnostic tools and available data.
- Log and communicate identified bugs or inconsistencies to engineering leads using Jira.
- Evaluate the scope and frequency of technical problems by analyzing relevant data to pinpoint underlying causes.
- Use internally developed engineering tools to correct inaccurate user or driver data during issue resolution.
- Offer constructive guidance to Tier 1 support staff for development purposes and support them with complex technical queries.
- Establish strong, reliable customer relationships through clear, interactive communication via phone, chat, and email.
