Responsibilities
- Serve as a recognized expert in TrakCare, with deep knowledge of its core features, reporting systems, and platform performance.
- Handle high-priority incidents independently, managing them from initial assessment to root cause identification and resolution.
- Conduct in-depth technical evaluations of customer systems, configurations, and operational behavior.
- Assume full responsibility for complex technical issues, delivering robust and strategically sound solutions.
- Work closely with Engineering, Product, Implementation, and Regional Support teams to address escalations, defects, and system enhancements.
- Detect patterns in recurring problems, potential risks, or product limitations, and escalate them through proper internal channels.
- Support the development of internal resources, including documentation, best practices, and knowledge transfer initiatives.
