Responsibilities
- Identify and engage technical decision-makers at enterprise organizations
- Conduct product demonstrations tailored to engineering and infrastructure teams
- Build relationships with developers, DevOps engineers, and platform leads
- Translate technical requirements into product-driven solutions
- Partner with sales engineering to support proof-of-concept deployments
- Drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
- Articulate architectural benefits of distributed workflow systems
- Respond to technical objections with clear, accurate information
- Coordinate with marketing on targeted campaigns for technical audiences
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive landscape and industry trends
- Present at technical events, webinars, and customer workshops
- Track and report on sales activities and conversion metrics
- Advocate for customer needs within product and engineering teams
- Support contract negotiations with legal and finance stakeholders
- Ensure smooth handoff to customer success post-sale
