Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end hiring processes for technical positions, covering intake, sourcing, evaluation, interviews, offer coordination, and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring leads and stakeholders to define talent needs and shape sourcing strategies that support company objectives.
- Use diverse sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and events to build a robust and inclusive talent pool.
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership by sharing market intelligence, hiring trends, and guidance on effective recruitment practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and executive teams to strengthen employer branding and position the organization as a top destination for tech talent.
- Monitor, interpret, and report key hiring metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness to drive data-informed improvements.
- Deliver a positive and personalized candidate journey from initial contact through to joining the team.
- Regularly assess and refine recruitment workflows and tools to maintain efficiency, adaptability, and strong performance at scale.

- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers, providing market insights, recruitment updates, and guidance on best hiring practices.
- Partner with marketing and leadership teams to enhance employer branding efforts and promote the company as an employer of choice for tech professionals.
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and sourcing effectiveness to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Ensure a seamless, engaging, and high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, from the first interaction to onboarding.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes and tools to ensure scalability, agility, and high performance.
