Shape the future of technical hiring at a fast-growing energy innovation company. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you’ll build recruiting infrastructure from the ground up to support rapid scaling—from 70 to more than 120 team members—while directly owning full-cycle hiring for key technical positions.
What You’ll Do
- Develop efficient, repeatable hiring workflows that uphold quality and equity across engineering, operations, and general & administrative functions.
- Lead the selection and optimization of recruiting tools, including an ATS (Ashby), scheduling platforms, and sourcing technologies.
- Collaborate with People Operations to ensure hiring practices reflect compliance standards and organizational values.
- Create interview playbooks, train hiring managers, and define decision-making frameworks to improve consistency and speed.
- Source and engage passive candidates, especially in specialized technical domains such as battery and manufacturing engineering.
- Translate complex technical requirements into effective search strategies and candidate assessments.
- Track key metrics—including time-to-fill and pipeline health—and use data to refine strategies and remove bottlenecks.
- Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience from first contact through offer negotiation and close.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in high-growth or startup environments.
- Proven success in designing or overhauling recruiting systems to support scale.
- Strong collaboration skills with executive leaders and technical hiring managers.
- Exceptional judgment, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently in fast-moving, evolving environments.
