Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of technical recruiting experience
- Proven track record placing software engineering and IT professionals
- Strong understanding of technical roles and job requirements
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively
- Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience in fast-growing or startup environments preferred
