As the Senior Technical Project Manager, you will guide the development lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring technical execution aligns with strategic vision. You'll lead agile rituals including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives, fostering clarity and momentum within the development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full sprint cycle—facilitate standups, manage backlog refinement, and coordinate sprint planning and reviews
- Develop detailed product specifications and acceptance criteria that enable developers to build effectively
- Track progress using status boards and keep stakeholders informed of timelines, risks, and blockers
- Collaborate with leadership to shape the product roadmap and convert business objectives into actionable technical initiatives
- Orchestrate integrations with core platforms such as Salesforce and Airtable to ensure seamless data flow
- Support internal teams with technical guidance, tool evaluation, and troubleshooting across digital systems
