Laurel is hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle onboarding and implementation projects from contract signing to go-live and transition to Customer Success.
  • Coordinate the deployment of client environments and integration infrastructure alongside engineering teams.
  • Support clients in configuring technical integrations for Microsoft Office, email, phone, video conferencing, and single sign-on systems.
  • Lead initial project meetings and provide regular office hours for end users and finance teams during implementation.
  • Address and prioritize issues in real time, escalating to technical or executive teams as needed while preserving client trust.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on strategies to increase platform adoption and active user counts post-launch.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, deadlines, and progress tracking for multiple simultaneous clients using tools like Asana or Microsoft Planner.
  • Explain technical topics—including integration design, data mapping with XPATH, and API functionality—in accessible terms to diverse audiences.
  • Leverage agentic AI technologies and automated workflows to improve personal productivity and solve implementation challenges creatively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of five years of experience managing technical project delivery in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record handling multiple customer projects concurrently without compromising quality or responsiveness.
  • Skilled in using project management platforms such as Asana, Microsoft Planner, or similar; with strong organizational and task design skills.
  • Technically fluent enough to collaborate directly with engineering teams.
  • Knowledgeable about enterprise software ecosystems including Microsoft 365, SSO standards like SAML and OAuth, email, calendar, phone, and video systems.
  • Strong communication abilities across settings—from executive updates to engineering syncs and client calls.

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with Boomi, XPATH, or similar enterprise integration tools is highly valued.
  • Active use of agentic AI systems and process automation tools, not just theoretical familiarity.
  • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification is advantageous.

Other

  • We are not able to support visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
  • Laurel is an equal opportunity employer. All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.
