Lead the delivery of large-scale technical programs focused on migrating data platforms and applications across cloud environments. You will oversee every phase of the project lifecycle, ensuring technical accuracy, stakeholder alignment, and successful outcomes across complex, scope-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of data platform and cloud migration projects, guiding them from initial planning through final delivery and closure.
- Act as the primary liaison between engineering teams and client stakeholders, clarifying technical requirements, managing expectations, and ensuring delivery meets quality standards.
- Verify technical readiness by overseeing setup of environments, data ingestion pipelines, change data capture analysis, service-level agreements, and validation protocols.
- Facilitate clear communication across teams, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and securing approvals at key project milestones.
- Guide cross-functional engineering groups with structured prioritization, performance tracking, and governance frameworks to maintain delivery momentum.
- Own financial aspects of projects, including budget forecasting, cost monitoring, invoice approvals, and managing changes to project scope.
- Produce and deliver regular status updates that highlight progress, dependencies, risks, and performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities by helping shape delivery estimates, technical strategies, and planning for future project phases.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition to identify, hire, and integrate specialized technical professionals into project teams.
