Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of large technical initiatives involving multiple engineering and business units.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, design, analytics, and business teams to define program goals, schedules, and performance indicators.
- Oversee technical interdependencies, staffing needs, and risk management across multi-team projects.
- Ensure transparent communication across all levels, providing visibility into progress, obstacles, and critical decisions.
- Create and manage detailed program roadmaps, milestone plans, and delivery methodologies to maintain team alignment and accountability.
- Guide technical discussions and help teams reach agreement on system architecture, development strategies, and trade-off decisions.
- Anticipate and resolve cross-functional dependencies, resource constraints, and delivery delays proactively.
- Maintain close collaboration with engineering leadership to ensure programs support long-term platform and infrastructure objectives.
- Identify systemic improvements to enhance organizational execution, including tools and processes that boost engineering efficiency.
