Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of intricate technical programs involving multiple teams, maintaining oversight of dependencies, risks, and resolution of impediments.
- Serve as the operational foundation for engineering units by facilitating efficient Scrum events, Sprint Planning, and customized Kanban systems.
- Enhance and scale software development lifecycle practices to enable consistent, secure, and high-quality product releases.
- Foster collaboration across engineering, product, and UX functions while delivering clear, data-backed progress reports to executive stakeholders.
- Enforce team accountability by actively resolving blockers and ensuring all deliverables are fully completed.
- Orchestrate quarterly planning efforts to align engineering capacity with strategic business goals and product objectives.
- Utilize advanced AI tools to reduce manual tasks, improve analysis of sprint metrics, generate technical documentation, and increase personal efficiency.
