NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager - GPU Software

About the Role

Role Overview

Join a high-impact team driving the development of core GPU software systems, including kernel modules, drivers, and firmware. You'll play a central role in shaping how software delivery aligns with evolving hardware architectures and product goals across a broad portfolio of chipsets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive delivery plans in close collaboration with engineering teams and company-wide stakeholders
  • Ensure software capacity roadmaps are synchronized with system-on-chip (SoC) and product timelines, helping to balance global priorities
  • Monitor cross-functional dependencies and identify potential planning gaps to keep development on schedule
  • Make strategic decisions on work prioritization and serve as a primary liaison between teams
  • Partner with hardware engineering, release management, external customers, and industry collaborators
  • Design and implement improvements to project management methods and planning frameworks
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics to enhance team execution and planning efficiency

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience managing software product delivery programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven ability to deliver on urgent milestones while advancing long-term improvements in processes, planning, and team effectiveness

Preferred Background

  • Familiarity with SoC, GPU, or CPU development lifecycles
  • Previous experience as a software developer
  • Technical knowledge in graphics, machine learning, or accelerated computing domains
  • Hands-on experience with software productivity tools and process automation systems
