Parallel Domain is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and deliver critical technical initiatives from conception to completion. You will drive programs that accelerate our simulation platform development and operational workflows.
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs.
- Define program scope, goals, and milestones in collaboration with engineering and product leadership.
- Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies across teams.
- Establish clear communication channels and provide regular updates to stakeholders on program status and health.
- Develop and optimize processes to improve team efficiency and program predictability.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management within a software or technology environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, technical software programs from initiation to delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience influencing stakeholders and driving alignment.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
Work Mode
This position operates on a hybrid model, requiring presence in our Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada office for part of the work week.
