As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex, multi-team initiatives that directly influence product development and business outcomes. Your role is to transform strategic objectives into structured, actionable plans, ensuring each phase—from definition to delivery—is executed with accountability and transparency.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs involving multiple engineering and product teams, defining scope, milestones, and success metrics.
- Design and manage governance processes such as reviews, syncs, and decision forums to maintain momentum and alignment across stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with engineering leads to support technical execution, providing context, removing blockers, and ensuring teams have the resources they need.
- Monitor progress in detail, identify risks early, and lead mitigation efforts with clear ownership and follow-up.
- Facilitate trade-offs and resolve conflicts between product, design, and engineering to keep delivery on track.
- Maintain accurate reporting for leadership, highlighting status, dependencies, and key decisions in a clear, concise manner.
- Improve delivery practices by refining tools, workflows, and collaboration methods to increase predictability and visibility.
- Coordinate resource planning across teams to prevent bottlenecks and protect program outcomes.
Qualifications
You bring at least five years of experience in technical program or project management within a technology-driven setting. You’ve successfully led cross-functional software delivery initiatives in cloud-based or enterprise SaaS environments. You understand modern development lifecycles and have worked directly with engineering and product teams to deliver customer-facing solutions.
Proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence is essential. Experience in high-growth tech environments is a strong plus. A technical background or prior experience in software development or technical product roles will give you an edge.
