Responsibilities
- Apply research, tax, and accounting expertise to uncover risks and opportunities in tax compliance and advisory projects
- Produce and evaluate intricate tax returns, forecasts, and financial models
- Enhance professional capabilities through hands-on guidance and mentorship
- Strengthen technical knowledge by staying current with evolving regulations and industry developments, and apply insights to complex scenarios
- Exhibit strong project and time management by organizing tasks efficiently and assigning work appropriately to team members
- Contribute to team advancement by supporting colleagues' growth and helping them achieve career objectives
Compensation
The total rewards package includes base salary, bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Salaries are competitive within the accounting sector and adjusted based on experience, expertise, location, and internal equity.
