About the Role
The Senior Talent Partner leads executive search initiatives while simultaneously identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role combines deep recruitment expertise with consultative client engagement to deliver top-tier leadership talent and grow the firm’s market presence.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end executive search assignments from intake to placement
- Develop and manage relationships with C-suite and senior leadership clients
- Identify and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles
- Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies using multiple channels
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and reference checks
- Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Collaborate with internal teams to align search strategies
- Deliver timely updates and insights to stakeholders
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Drive client satisfaction through consistent delivery and communication
- Identify new business opportunities during client engagements
- Expand service offerings based on client needs and market trends
- Represent the firm at industry events and networking forums
- Contribute to thought leadership in talent acquisition and leadership hiring
- Support the development of search methodologies and best practices
- Meet or exceed individual performance targets
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hiring regulations and trends
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards
- Participate in team reviews and strategy sessions
- Mentor junior team members on search techniques and client management
- Produce reports on search progress and outcomes
- Adapt approach based on feedback and evolving client priorities
- Balance multiple assignments without compromising quality
