About the Role
This role is responsible for owning the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering and AI positions, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and delivering high-impact talent strategies aligned with organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering and AI roles
- Develop sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team needs
- Manage candidate experience from outreach to offer stage
- Use data to refine and improve hiring processes
- Partner with HR and leadership on workforce planning
- Engage passive candidates through networking and outreach
- Evaluate market trends to inform talent strategy
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
- Conduct market mapping for competitive talent landscapes
- Advocate for candidate experience improvements
- Participate in employer branding efforts
- Coordinate interviews and provide logistical support
- Deliver timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders
- Negotiate offers and guide candidates through closing
- Stay current on AI and engineering industry developments
- Build pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles
- Contribute to process improvements in talent operations
- Represent the organization at industry events and career fairs
