Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete hiring journey, from candidate sourcing to onboarding integration
- Lead recruitment efforts for international Learning & Development, consulting, and corporate teams
- Collaborate with hiring leads and business units to define staffing requirements, priorities, and timelines
- Identify potential candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, job boards, third-party vendors, and networking methods
- Perform preliminary screenings and assess candidate suitability
- Organize and manage interview schedules, feedback collection, offer negotiations, and final hiring confirmations
- Develop and maintain real-time recruitment dashboards and detailed hiring analytics reports
- Monitor key metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline status, stage conversion rates, and offer acceptance rates
- Maintain clear, consistent communication to ensure positive candidate experience
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and the adoption of AI-driven sourcing and recruitment tools
