About the Role
This role is responsible for leading full-cycle talent acquisition for go-to-market teams, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with leadership to meet strategic hiring goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for go-to-market positions across the US
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify high-potential candidates
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent through proactive outreach
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and priorities
- Conduct candidate assessments with a focus on skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage the interview process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates
- Drive offer negotiations and coordinate timely onboarding for new hires
- Use data to track and improve recruitment metrics and processes
- Represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Advocate for candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to hiring teams
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in talent acquisition
- Stay current with employment trends and labor market conditions
- Partner with HR on compliance and employment branding efforts
