We’re seeking a Senior Systems & Graphics Engineer to play a key role in reimagining how native mobile applications function in web environments. Your work will focus on transforming mobile app logic into fully-native web applications in real time, requiring deep technical insight and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-performance, clean, and maintainable code using C and C++ to power real-time application translation
- Diagnose and resolve low-level system issues with a methodical approach, digging into root causes rather than surface symptoms
- Take full ownership of technical tasks, balancing independent work with collaboration across engineering teams
- Operate effectively in a Linux-based development environment, working closely with operating system internals
- Design and implement innovative solutions to complex systems challenges that span graphics rendering, memory management, and execution efficiency
- Communicate technical decisions clearly to engineers and non-engineers alike, ensuring alignment across teams
Qualifications
- Proven track record in systems programming with strong fluency in C and C++
- Experience solving intricate technical problems under constraints, including repetitive or demanding debugging tasks
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong team coordination
- Deep familiarity with Linux environments and low-level programming close to the operating system
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on root-cause analysis and long-term stability
- Clear and effective communication skills when discussing technical trade-offs and project progress
Work Environment
This role supports a hybrid setup based in Toronto, Canada, with flexibility for remote work across the country. You’ll be working in a technically rigorous environment where performance, accuracy, and scalability are central to every task.
