Lead technical strategy and solution design for enterprise data management and analytics initiatives as a Senior Systems Engineer in Dubai. In this role, you’ll partner with sales teams to understand customer challenges, translate business needs into technical architectures, and deliver tailored solutions across cloud environments and modern data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with enterprise clients to assess technical requirements and design scalable data management and analytics systems
- Deliver technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept implementations that align with customer use cases and business outcomes
- Develop detailed solution specifications and validate system compatibility within existing customer infrastructures
- Guide integration strategies for complex data environments, including hybrid and cloud-native deployments
- Communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders to clarify objectives and drive consensus
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of five years in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, data architecture, or analytics consulting
- Proven track record designing and deploying data platforms in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or similar technologies
- Strong grasp of data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data modeling techniques including star and snowflake schemas
- Experience with real-time analytics, streaming data, and AI-driven workflows including RAG and vector search
- Familiarity with orchestration tools like Airflow, dbt, or Spark, and proficiency in SQL and Python for analytical development
- Understanding of data governance principles, including lineage, access controls, and compliance standards such as GDPR and CCPA
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business narratives for diverse audiences
Additional Assets
- Exposure to semantic search, document processing, and embedding models
- Experience supporting self-service analytics and BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Knowledge of machine learning workflows and frameworks including MLflow, LangChain, or LlamaIndex
- Skill in structuring and leading technical proofs of concept with measurable success criteria
