Responsibilities
- Ensure high availability and consistent performance of enterprise systems, including networking hardware, communication devices, cloud services, and end-user computing equipment.
- Administer and maintain internal software platforms such as directory services, productivity suites, collaboration tools, issue tracking, identity providers, and automation platforms, including managing user access and permissions.
- Support physical office operations, including deploying workstations, executing desk relocations, and maintaining workspace technology setups as directed.
- Implement and uphold cybersecurity best practices aligned with NIST and SOC2 standards, covering threat detection, data protection, system monitoring, logging, and policy enforcement.
- Create and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation for technical processes, configurations, and internal workflows.
- Provide cross-functional support to team members on operational and technical tasks as required.
- Collaborate with local vendors to procure and deploy hardware and infrastructure meeting organizational specifications.
- Drive automation initiatives to streamline system administration tasks and reduce manual intervention.
