About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering and design of structural components for substations and power facilities
- Perform structural analysis using advanced simulation tools and software
- Ensure designs comply with national and international engineering codes
- Supervise preparation of technical documentation and construction drawings
- Coordinate with electrical and civil engineering teams on integrated project delivery
- Conduct site inspections and support construction phase activities
- Verify structural calculations and safety factors in design proposals
- Support project management with scheduling and resource planning inputs
- Review vendor-submitted structural drawings for compliance
- Lead technical evaluations for structural modifications and retrofits
- Prepare and present engineering reports to internal stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance and control procedures
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
- Participate in risk assessment and mitigation planning
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards
- Support health, safety, and environmental compliance in all designs
