As the Senior Strategy & Operations Manager for HTS Media, you’ll play a central role in shaping and scaling a B2B commerce-native travel media business. You'll uncover high-potential opportunities, design and test scalable solutions, and build data-driven frameworks that guide decision-making across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Uncover and assess new growth and revenue pathways for the media platform, prioritizing those with the highest strategic impact.
- Develop lightweight experiments and pilot programs to quickly validate assumptions and measure performance.
- Create analytical models and dashboards that translate complex data into clear insights and actionable narratives.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams to align on goals and drive execution.
- Break down complex, ambiguous challenges into structured initiatives with defined outcomes and metrics.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to delivery, thriving in environments with limited precedent and high autonomy.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience in business operations, strategy, product analytics, or growth-focused roles.
- Background in marketplace dynamics, advertising platforms, or digital monetization models.
- Proven ability to prototype and evaluate AI-driven solutions for product, revenue, or operational improvements.
- Strong quantitative skills with a track record of turning data into decisions.
- High tolerance for ambiguity, coupled with a bias for action and end-to-end ownership.
- A builder mentality—comfortable not just analyzing strategy but also driving implementation.
