About the Role
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and deepening relationships with strategic enterprise customers by delivering tailored solutions and ensuring long-term success through proactive account planning and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead expansion and retention efforts for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts

- Deliver executive-level business reviews and strategic planning sessions

- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline documentation
- Ensure alignment between customer goals and platform capabilities
- Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product direction
- Drive cross-sell and expansion across product lines
- Negotiate commercial agreements and renewals
- Support go-to-market initiatives for new product launches
- Represent the organization in customer-facing strategic discussions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
- Promote best practices in customer success and platform utilization
- Ensure compliance with contractual and security requirements
- Work closely with customer success teams to drive adoption
- Escalate and resolve critical customer issues in coordination with support teams
- Maintain strong internal collaboration across sales engineering and support functions
