Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project execution by defining charters, scheduling tasks, and monitoring progress through to completion
- Deliver technical and network support for environments hosted by customers and third-party vendors
- Provide executive-level updates on project health, risks, and key metrics to maintain transparency and informed decision-making
- Design and improve operational workflows, program frameworks, and documentation to support organizational growth
- Facilitate communication across engineering, sales, and product groups to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
