Responsibilities
- Help develop and refine a cutting-edge simulation environment to speed up progress in autonomous driving technology
- Enhance system efficiency and scalability to support massive-scale simulation workloads
- Build orchestration layers that coordinate interactions between autonomous systems, data-based behavior models, and AI-powered sensor simulations
- Engage in technical design conversations and collaborate with engineering and research teams
- Partner with internal users to understand workflows and suggest improvements to the simulation tools
- Promote best practices and consistent patterns in software engineering across teams
- Lead technically complex initiatives that span multiple teams and influence broader system architecture
