Responsibilities
- Design and implement features across frontend and backend systems
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Lead architectural discussions and system design initiatives
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Work with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
- Ensure security best practices are followed in development
- Support deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes
- Contribute to technical documentation
- Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and services
- Drive improvements in engineering standards and practices
- Respond to production incidents and support on-call rotations
