Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive quality assurance efforts for web-based and microservices-driven applications
- Create and sustain test frameworks that are scalable and promote reusability
- Establish quality assurance strategies, architectural standards, and recommended practices
- Advance Agile QA methodologies within SCRUM and Kanban team structures
- Embed automated testing seamlessly into CI/CD and deployment workflows
- Ensure consistency in testing approaches across multiple engineering teams
- Guide QA team members and promote ongoing process enhancements
- Work closely with developers, product leads, and business stakeholders
- Assess emerging testing tools and technologies via proof-of-concept initiatives
