Responsibilities
- Design and build a platform for automating operations and managing cloud resources, enabling end-to-end lifecycle control across compute, storage, networking, databases, and middleware components
- Connect with public cloud APIs including Aliyun, AWS, and Azure, and integrate with Terraform to support unified onboarding, automated provisioning, configuration updates, and cost-efficiency measures
- Lead development of core systems such as configuration management databases (CMDB), event processing centers, and orchestration engines, establishing a centralized data layer for resources, configurations, and operational events
- Develop workflow automation, task scheduling, and approval workflows to support scalable and secure operational processes
- Apply artificial intelligence and large language models to enable smart orchestration, risk evaluation for changes, and forecasting of capacity and spending, advancing operations from manual to autonomous control
- Research and implement AI-driven assistants for operations, enabling natural language interfaces for managing cloud infrastructure and handling support tickets intelligently
