Shape technical outcomes for global customers as a Senior Solutions Engineer at a remote-first company built on open-source principles. You’ll partner directly with Sales to communicate product value, lead technical discussions, and guide decision-making through insightful demonstrations and solution design.
What You’ll Do
- Lead technical engagements from discovery to close, aligning customer challenges with platform capabilities
- Deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations that highlight real-world applicability
- Translate customer requirements into technical narratives that inform both sales strategy and product development
- Collaborate across engineering, product, and support teams to ensure accurate technical representation and gather customer-driven insights
- Create and refine technical resources, including documentation, videos, and knowledge base content
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in technical pre-sales or solutions engineering, preferably in monitoring, observability, or open-source software
- Proven ability to communicate complex systems clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for designing creative, scalable solutions
- Experience navigating enterprise sales cycles and working within structured methodologies such as MEDD(P)ICC is a plus
- Comfort working in a distributed, asynchronous environment with global stakeholders
